Anza kwa salamu na utangulizi wa mada. Toa hoja mbili zenye mifano, kisha hitimisha kwa hatua mahsusi unayoomba hadhira ichukue. Tumia sauti inayosikika, kasi inayofaa na ishara zinazosaidia ujumbe.
